We are a wholly owned subsidiary of RSBG SE which itself is wholly owned by RAG-Stiftung, a foundation financing the perpetual obligations resulting from hard coal mining in the regions along the Ruhr and Saar Rivers and in Ibbenbüren in Germany. We deal in 100% equity investments and operate a debt-free balance sheet. Behind this sits capital focused on long-term and sustainable investment.
